Worship Team Leader
Convenes worship planning team weekly; oversees the team nurturing good discipline and productive work habits. Worship services to be designed 6 to 8 weeks in advance; responsible with pastor to recruit, train and nurture necessary team members. Helps team develop long range plans, funding needs and budget requests.
